I get the joke and it's funny, but I so freaked out by how unnatural this all seems, Sonic especially looks scary, but considering this guy's other art pieces I am guess making creppy and unnatural looking art pieces are his thing! XD

[Newgrounds - Rushdown Rivals Background]

The pixel art in this piece is amazing, the characters are a little small, which I guess it's the point with tjem trying to emulate a game screen an whatnot, but it would be nice to have a focus on the piece.
